As an agent, IBD provides quality services to our principals. As part of our commitment to a quality service, we identify projects and develop strategy appropriate to each principal.

Informed analysis of the target and the marketplace enables us to advise our principals on developing strategies, through the tendering process, contract execution and after sales support.

As part of our service we consider it important to keep our principals informed of relevant market information. IBD provide principals with:

- A frequent update with key high-level information about the progress of current and future projects.

- A detailed analysis of projects, depending on activity, on a bi-annual basis.

Operation and Maintenance

Operation and Maintenance Division was created to cater for the continuous needs of Principals’ after sales support and maintenance of the sold equipment (Rigs, Pumps, etc…). Operation and Maintenance division provides operation support to clients’ facilities and equipment. A dedicated team of qualified experienced technicians are ready to be deployed on call off to carry out first line assessment of facilities and equipment integrity and maintenance. The team acts as an extended partner to international companies in the region.

 

IT & Telecom

We are catering for the continuous needs of the Oil & Gas industry to IT & Telecom solutions. The IT & Telecom division has also extended its services ( Satellite and VSAT ) to the Telecom industries.

Well Engineering

Well Engineering Division was formed to provide specialized services in the well engineering area. The division a partner to a number of well engineering companies including specialized drilling and well services activities. Services including pumping and stimulation. The division has the capabilities to provide on call Rig support. From Rig up and commissioning to Rig Move and Rig trouble shooting. With Long Term support contracts IBD Well Engineering Services can provide on call services to clients within Oman and the Middle East region.
