Deputy General Manager - Plant
The DGM will be responsible for the newly started workshop for rotating equipment in Nizwa and will also be responsible for the expansion of the co. in the areas of manufacturing and fabrication which the company desires to venture in.
Experience of minimum 5 yrs in managing a plant is a must. Involvement in plant expansion and setting up manufacturing units will be distinct advantage.
Business Development Manager
He will be responsible for sales of the company which require long term and strategic focus. He will have to work with higher levels of hierarchy and decision makers of the clients and principals to make this happen. Special projects and one time projects will be handled by him. He will support sales team for their project and equipment sales wherever possible.
Must be from engineering background. Experience in Oman with minimum 5 years in Oil and Gas clientele is a must. Must be fluent in Arabic and English business communication.
Asset Administrator
Resourceful and multi skilled administration person who will oversee office assets, housekeeping, front office management and in house sales support. Experience of minimum 5 years in similar role is desired.
Asst. Manager (Valves Div)
Mechanical or Instrumentation engineers with 5to 7 years experience in sales of control valves.
Sales Engineers ( 3Nos)
Mechanical and Instrumentation engineers with 2 to 3 years experience in sales of pumps, compressors or valves. They will be having a bachelor status for minimum two years and will be provided company accommodation during that time.
Trainee Sales Engineers
Oil & gas or Mechanical Engineers up to 1yr experience with aptitude for making a career inSales & Marketing. They will be paid a stipend for a year and will be coached and mentored on job by the executives. Upon successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the regular salary bands at entry level.
