Zajel Communications LLC IBD , with a view to provide communications to oil exploration and service companies in remote locations in the Sultanate started into telecommunications business. This division is now incoporated as Zajel Communications LLC in 2009 as an,independent company wholly owned by IBD and is providing essential project solutions to telecom operators in Oman.

MENA HR Solutions LLC. Ma Foi joint venture with IBD is now a wholly owned company of IBD after IBD bought over the entire operations of Mafoi and partners in Oman in 2010.It is now rechristened as MENA HR solutions . It provides Manpower and HR solutions to the industry in Oman and Middle east.

Excel Business Solutions Is a subsidiary of IBD offering Business management solutions in Oman in the areas of Business Intelligence, Management consultancy, Business reengineering and optimization, Quality management and Management training.

United Technical Petroleum Services LLC A newly formed Joint venture with UTS, a leading company in the instrumentation sphere in Kuwait. Drawing on their expertise, UTPS will provide instrumentation solutions to the industry in Oman.
